Franchise Attorney

I am actively recruiting for a growing boutique firm that is looking for a franchise attorney to join their team. 
The right type of a candidate will have the following: 

• 3-8 years experience practicing law in Northern Virginia.
• Experience in franchise law, corporate/transactional law, regulatory or CES 10ks.
• Experience handling deals and drafting corporate or franchise documents. 
• Excellent judgment and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Great work and life balance.
• VA license.
