South Jersey Service Company is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage the front office by answering busy telephones, typing corresponding letters, scanning, and faxing. Other responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant will be meeting and greeting clients upon arrival and handling special administrative projects. The outgoing Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from current and new customers regarding orders and general information, as well as make necessary follow up telephone calls. How you will make an impact: - You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Field and send out send written business correspondence - Receive and place telephone calls - Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Job Requirements

Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have two or more years of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and a high accuracy of at least 65 words per minute.
