This role is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Support Medicare & ACA Sales strategy by acting as primary business support to external sales partners.
  • Independently lead operational relationship development and regular check in meetings with external broker sales channels.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to create efficient and compliant onboarding experience for internal and external sales agents.
  • Deep understanding of broker/agent sales structure, requirements, and strategies, specific to the insurance industry.
  • Work to implement and fine tune compensation and incentive structure for sales agents.
  • Oversee and monitor agent compliance and ensure all relevant Medicare and ACA regulations are followed.
  • Drive growth and revenue by optimizing sales and marketing partnerships with external entities.  Develop and share reporting, track progress towards goals, provide regular updates to management regarding progress and obstacles to success.
  • Act as primary point of contact for day to day and operational issues with sales channel partners. Use existing resources and develop new methods for supporting business partners as they work to deliver value to the company.
  • Works with stakeholders and senior leadership to document processes and policies in support of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Perform market research, forecasting, reporting, data visualizations as required to support sales goals. Excel knowledge required, other BI tools are a plus.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ongoing processes to ensure continuity of critical business functions.
  • Act as liaison and subject matter expert to internal teams, providing updates for various initiatives.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio,  SharePoint & One Note.
  • SILA Certification or Insurance Producer license - nice to have (NOT REQUIRED).
  • CMS ACA, Medicare and/or Medicaid experience and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • 3 to 5 years experience.

Other Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with sales agents to achieve goals.
  • Familiar with Sales, Marketing, Retention, and Product lifecycle concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
  • Excellent Analytical and Research skills.
  • Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Insurance industry preferred.
