We are looking for a **UAT Producer** to support quality assurance validation and maintenance of public web pages. This individual is responsible for verifying adherence to the W3C WCAG 2.1 standards, quality check of the content, and publishing of assets. This role fulfills a variety of responsibilities to ensure that pages have been built without error and modify within the CMS when necessary. In addition to testing, this individual will work closely with our partners to improve efficiency, proactively identify needs, and provide training as needed.
A successful candidate will be passionate about accessibility in the digital space, work independently, and have strong communication skills. They will display a broad knowledge of accessibility barriers, attention to detail, and experience working with a CMS.
The **UAT Producer** responsibilities and previous experience will include:
+ Perform all testing activities for initiatives across one or more assigned projects, utilizing processes and varying methods. Testing will include quality assurance and WCAG 2.1 adherence.
+ Light modification of web content within our CMS, and work alongside other web content teams across the firm to implement digital best practices.
+ Conduct Digital Quality Assurance and UX analysis as needed.
+ Drive a consistent, premium brand experience across related web properties.
+ Consistently apply growth mindset behaviors: curiosity, analysis, outside the box thinking, networking, and deep ownership.
+ Outstanding communication and writing skills: able to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity.
+ Excellent project management skills: able to define key workstreams and tasks needed to complete each project, manage multiple projects at once, collaborate with cross functional teams and provide regular status updates.
+ Must be highly collaborative: able to work with a wide variety of internal functions to meet business needs while enforcing website governance policies.
+ 3+ years of quality assurance experience (system testing, planning / coordinating test activities, overseeing test case development and defect resolution, use of ALM or JIRA).
+ Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred
+ Strong understanding of web production and deployment principles/best practices.
+ Some knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508, and the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act.
+ Familiar with web personalization technologies
+ Knowledge of SEO best practices
