Job Summary

Position Summary:

This position is a contact for Home Office staff for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products and services including issue resolution, documentation and configuration.  Manages all CRM applications for internal and external teams ensuring the tool meets user needs. Manages training on CRM applications. Reports to Director, Sales Operations Technology. 

 Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Configures the CRM system to meet user needs and find solutions within the tool to best support business.
Responsible for CRM documentation for new sales forces including initial and ongoing changes.
Provides Level II Help Desk Support on CRM systems.  Key member of CRM issue resolution team for all sales forces.
Assist Director with all CRM pre and post launch of new or expanded client sales force project requests including system enhancements, version upgrades etc.
Delivers CRM training and coordinates with other trainers as needed.
Other projects as assigned by Director, Sales Operations Technology.
Knowledge/ Skills Required:
Veeva CRM / Veeva Network / Veeva Vault knowledge
Salesforce.com knowledge
2+ years pharmaceutical sales or sales support experience with a pharmaceutical manufacturer or vendor
2+ years working with diverse groups of people in a team environment
Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical sales, sales support, sample accountability, and sales force automation tools.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Overnight travel as required.

Principle Working Relationships/ Contacts:

Reports directly to Director, Sales Operation Technology
Works closely with CRM vendor(s) and Help Desk vendor
Works closely with Home Office staff to ensure excellent support and problem resolution
