Job Description

Pro Staff is currently seeking an experienced temporary part time Office Admin in Parkville, MO!  We are looking for a highly professional individual with the ability to multi-task, take on multiple responsibilities, work closely with internal and external associates, and be extremely customer focused. Candidates will be responsible for administrative tasks including email, voicemail, physical mail, answering and making phone calls, filing, data entry into QuickBooks Desktop, as well as miscellaneous other tasks as needed. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relative administrative office experience, strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing) and great phone etiquette!  This position is part time and pay is between $12-$15 per hour depending on experience. Part Time hours will be around 2-3 days per week, approximately 20-24 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Skills:
General office and clerical duties
Front desk reception and answering phones
Taking orders via phone and fax
Supporting office including other admin. and executive team
High emphasis on being customer focused and satisfaction
2-3 years previous administrative office experience
Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
QuickBooks experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organization skills
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask and meet set deadlines
