Robert Half has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in search of a Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist for the unionized workforce at their CT facility. The Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for executing the employee and labor relations activities, providing policy and collective bargaining agreement guidance, and maintaining compliance matters.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Administration of employee and labor relations for the Human Resource’s department
Decision making on interpretations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Execute duties in compliance with regulations, laws, standards, and contracts
Regularly interact with Union representatives to build rapport
Work closely with local divisions and HR team on business strategic as it pertains to Labor Relations
Provide recommendations to management team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree- Human Resources, Business Administration or relative field
5+ years of Labor Relations and Union Experience
Progressive experience in a human resources department

They are offering a competitive salary ranging depending on experience from $85,000-$95,000, along with bonus incentive and outstanding benefits package!
