Position: Office Manager
Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth functioning of the office by monitoring and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsible for the office upkeep and maintenance. Ensure that all activities and decisions regarding operations adhere to global standards and policies. Manage and coordinate Information Technology and act as liaison with IT department (UK). Respond to service issues as they arise, attempting to resolve computer/networks issues prior to contacting vendor to correct the issue.
Manage all aspects of :
Human resources: benefits administration, personnel issues, new hire orientation, terminations, and maintain related confidential files. Develop and maintain corporate office records and filing system.
Marketing/conference support. Coordinate with head office in London (UK) and other global offices, as necessary.
Maintain vendor relationships. Coordinate purchase and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Oversee travel arrangements for office staff.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Experience & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of administrative/office manager experience required.
Skills/Attributes: Good oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. Capable of multi-tasking, must be detailed-oriented and organized. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook) and use of internet as research engine. Adept in dealing with confidential and administrative matters .
