Marketing Labeling Specialist

Position Expectations:

  • Experience in marketing domain
  • Guide and review label artwork development to ensure compliance to established brand standards.
  • Proofread, edit copy, and notate necessary revisions on artwork and labeling.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of print and production principles and best practices in the management and coordination of artwork and labeling
  • Monitor and report on the product pipeline development timelines and escalate/re-prioritize as needed
  • Demonstrates ability to gain and drive cross functional support from all stakeholders
  • Evaluates competitive products, services, and positioning
  • Effectively works both independently and as part of a team. Cross-functional working groups include, but are not limited to, enterprise marketing, category marketing, regulatory, sourcing, business operations, and outside agencies.

Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in related field preferred
  • Must be very detail oriented and conscientious. First time right mindset.
  • Proficiency in working with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office products (MAC experience preferred)
  • Experience with Kallik, Master Control or other artwork management solutions a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma experience a plus

  • Must be extremely attentive to all forms of communication involving internal and external documentation
  • Strong communication skills
