Oversee the operation of the Front Desk and Reservations. Responsible for room inventory management and bi-weekly revenue management decision meetings. Manage group and corporate contracts. Responsible for blocking rooms and ensuring equitable distribution of owner revenues.
Manage, train and schedule staff. Check accuracy on all daily, weekly and monthly reports processed by Guest Service Agents. Ensure all Guest Services Agents are serving guests and owners with Aloha.
Manage room rates on all reservations, direct bills, room inventory and room assignments. Coordinate room up-sell program.
Assist in forecasting future occupancy. Participate with revenue management decisions and work directly with the sales department.
Manage special needs of guests and owners. Handle complaints professionally and with graciousness.
Assist with reports to corporate. Participate in annual budgeting process.
Work directly with GM to establish and follow Aston’s procedures, protocol and implementation.
Key control, safety and security training. Assist with emergencies.
Conduct Familiarization trips for travel agents as needed.
Involved with room inspections and provide feedback/opinions on room cleanliness or upgrade ideas for owners to consider.
Respond to Market Matrix and other forms of social media
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School degree/diploma.
2-4 years of experience in hospitality industry.
