Establish and maintain an effective rapport with the Senior Executive through regular contact, active listening, and timely addressing of any issues that may arise.
Interface with company executives, external clients, and vendors.
Assist with various tasks such as printing reading materials, sorting emails, coordinating internal communications to employees, and acting as a Gatekeeper when needed.
Act as a custodian of corporate documents.
Manage incoming phone calls to the Senior Executive from internal and external people.
Receive and interact with all visitors coming to the organization.
Manage the scheduling of all Outlook calendar appointments, including internal and external meetings.
Ensure the timeliness and preparedness with regard to meetings, both on and offsite.
Coordinate global travel arrangements.
Generate expense reports.
Minimum of 7 years of experience providing C-Level administrative support.
Superb level of professionalism and maturity.
Exceptional organization skills, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
High proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to demonstrate a confident, proactive approach within the role.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Experience in event planning and making global travel arrangements.
Ability to work proactively and think outside the box.
