TCG is seeking Digital Media Planner Buyer candidates to join a growing Media Agency team for a client of ours! This position will primarily be focused on planning, executing managing comprehensive paid media campaigns across all digital channels ? Including paid search/PPC, social media advertising, programmatic buying and email marketing. Responsibilities > Management and monitoring of paid search accounts ? Including (but not limited to) monitoring keyword bids, applying negative keywords where needed, daily and monthly budget pacing, A/B testing ad copy landing pages, and monitoring key account metrics in order to maintain and improve campaign KPI performance > SME for internal agency teams and clients in implementation buy execution for social media advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook/Instagram) > Assist senior planners with campaign planning and strategy development for cross-channel digital media campaigns > Work with team across all facets of programmatic display/video/native media buying ? Including buy execution, ad serving/trafficking, and data analysis campaign optimization > Compile on-going performance reports and provide optimization insights based upon data pulled from both front-end and back-end analytics platforms > Apply the fundamentals of programmatic buying and gain familiarity with the RTB landscape > Maintain and manage relationships with third party media vendor partners representatives > Keep up to date with digital media trends and technologies > Work with team on compiling monthly analytical reports to ensure alignment with planned budget for agency clients
Qualifications/Requirements: > 3+ years leading paid search platforms and/or managing paid display/video or social media campaigns > Experience with Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance > Experience managing digital media campaigns independently > You are data driven/analytical focus > Detail oriented > Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, both independently and with a team > Google Ads (formerly AdWords) certification, or Google Analytics Individual Qualification Nice to Haves: > Google Ads (formerly AdWords) certification, or Google Analytics Individual Qualification > Familiarity with programmatic buying as a concept; Hands-on experience with executing RTB display campaigns through Demand-Side Platforms is a plus > Experience working in an ad server > Base familiarity with Google Tag Manager > Experience working in Bing Ads Skill to Match: > Programmatic Media Buying > Data Analysis > Google Analytics > Social Media Advertising > Google Tag Manager > Media Planning > Interactive Media Planning > Search Engine Marketing (SEM) > Digital Media
