PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Billing Coordinator with a consulting company located in West Chester!
Job Details for the Billing Coordinator:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: normal business hours, flexible!
- Pay Rate: $17-20/hour
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Billing Coordinator:
- Create invoices
- Process cash receipts from customers to customer ledgers
- Enter vendor invoice purchases
- Pay and record payments to vendors
- Reconcile bank statements
- Initial review of financials, prep for CFO review
Job Requirements for the Billing Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel
- Accounts receivable or billing experience
