Technical Support Specialist

This position is located within the Support Department of one of our clients, and reports to the Client Success Manager (sits in Troy, MI). You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive a consistent and exceptionally positive experience at all times. Your primary role will focus on maintaining uninterrupted, optimal performance of the product suite at all times across a diverse installation base. You should enjoy tackling unobvious problems, working with time-sensitive clients of varying technical expertise, and in implementing systemic solutions that ensure localized issues are not repeated.
Provides accurate and timely technical support to customers via telephone, email and chat. Manages support issues of a complex and technical nature with varying degrees of priority. Addresses incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ensures that needs of customers are met. Champion's customer concerns regarding possible product defects/design issues. Carries out projects as assigned and supports other team members in order to represent in a professional manner.
Provides technical support via telephone, email and chat.
Educates customers on the use of products.
Accurately records and maintains incident.
