CDK Global is hiring a Business Systems Analyst with work with our Customer Experience team.
To be considered for this position prior automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
As part of the Customer Experience Enablement – Stakeholder Management team, this position facilitates the collaboration between all Customer Experience (CX) teams and our CDK technology teams to identify and drive product enhancements to improve our CX operational capacities and ensure a positive customer experience. This team partners with technical teams to satisfy the operational needs across CX by:
. Serving as the “voice of Customers and Customer Experience” for our technology partners to eliminate redundancies
. Soliciting CX business needs and priorities from our CX leaders and stakeholders to clearly set CX priorities
. Using insights and data to clarify cross-functional CX needs
. Communicating our CX priorities to our stakeholders and CX leadership team for frequent communication
. Executing and tracking deliverables for technology partners with clear milestones
. Standardizing cross-CX processes for our technology needs
. Ensuring CX alignment with other CDK project teams such as Business Process Modernization
Voice of the customer Business Analyst: Help businesses by synthesizing external and internal data and communicating clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Principally responsible for leading business discussions while interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon research findings and product expertise. Help in facilitating a Six Sigma closed loop process both internally and externally to all stakeholder and customers.
. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
. Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
. Performing requirements analysis.
. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
. Working closely with key stakeholders, customers, product owners and managerial staff.
. Become a fully integrated partner with their internal clients to ensure alignment to the customers’ business goals and effectiveness in informing and evaluating their business strategies.
. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements from design to delivery.
. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
. Prioritizing initiatives based on objective analysis, business needs and requirements.
. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
. Managing competing resources and priorities.
. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
. A passionate advocate for the customer
Business Analyst Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
. 5+ years experience and expertise in quantitative, qualitative and statistical methods related to Voice of the Customer analytics.
. Prior experience in the automotive industry highly preferred.
. Strong business and logic sense to discern patters and create insights.
. Expertise in the design of dashboards and other reporting platforms to effectively distribute insights from Voice of the Customer analytics to democratize actions to a variety of business partners.
. Organizationally savvy, with demonstrated ability to influence leaders and facilitate alignment and clear decision-making.
. Excellent communicator, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
. Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
. Understanding of Product Management software such as JIRA.
. History of using unstructured data (Text Analytics) to determine key insights
