Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

We are seeking to hire a trained professional Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), who will provide personal care and services in a compassionate and understanding manner to facility-based hospice patients. As a Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) you would be working as part of an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a nurse.

Your Responsibilities as a Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):
- Provide hands on patient/client care
- Maintain a neat and safe environment for the patient/client
- Use proper techniques for bathing and hygiene care
- Dressing of patient/client
- Grooming of patient/client
- Toileting and incontinence care for patient/client
- Meal preparation for the patient/client
- Emotional support for patient/client
- Respite care for the patient/client’s family
What You Will Need as a Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):
- Proof of flu vaccination
- Active NH LNA license
- Reliable transportation
- Automobile insurance
- Physical exam within the last year
- Two-step TB test
