Legend Oaks Health and Rehab in Gladewater TX, is currently recruiting for a PRN - OTR with SNF experience to join our in-house therapy department. We are a busy skilled nursing facility, running both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs. We are proud of our beautiful facility and grounds as well as our spacious and well-equipped gym and excellent facility team. As part of our team you will have exposure to our existing programs in neurology, ergonomics, orthopedics, splinting, manual therapy, and many more. Experience/Qualifications – Current Texas Therapist License:   Prior SNF Experience a Plus OTR

Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide

Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
