Interim HealthCare of Columbus, IN is hiring for our RN Visit Nurse position. This position can be full or part time.
RN Visit Nurse Responsibilities and Duties:
RN Visit Nurse Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide excellent patient centered care.
- Help decrease re-hospitalizations rates.
- Provide education to patients and family.
- Carry out Conditions of Participation.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluations to home care staff.
- Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines.
- Weekly Paychecks, Direct Deposit, and Travel Pay
- Flexible scheduling
- Service the people in your community
- Employee Appreciation Program - Earn $250 per year in gift cards
Job Requirements
Requirements for Visit Nurse - RN:
- Current RN license in Indiana
- 2-3 years of nursing experience
- One (1) year of home health experience
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
