Inviting applications for the role of Business Impact Test Lead
Utilizing expert functional/technical knowledge in the Testing and expertise in Healthcare (payer) domain with relevant systems/applications such as Facets/PowerMHS.

Your role will function as act as an Auditor validating contracts for large groups, state health plans with respect to membership, benefits configuration fulfillment etc.

  • Represent UAT test team in the meeting & discussions with business, solutioning, development and other project teams.
  • Create the test strategy for the project (high level and detailed)
  • Create test schedule in conjunction with overall project timelines
  • Work on effort estimation & resource planning for the projects
  • Writing the test scenarios and review the test cases and data for manual testing.
  • Facilitate testing process with business users and helping them in execution of test cases, solving their queries.
  • Create necessary reports for business and other stakeholders
  • Manage test data in Quality Center (HP ALM), and reporting or test results.
  • Work closely with business to understand the existing & new process, changes in the existing process, critical areas etc.
  • Coordinate with IT, other teams and vendors as needed to devise, test and implement long term remedies.
  • Work collaboratively on projects and initiatives with the business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements and preparing appropriate functional specifications while considering technical capabilities of the system/application and ensuring an integrated approach is used.
  • Serve as a point of contact for business testing activities and influence testing strategy to ensure testing will appropriately meet business requirements.

Minimum skills

  • 6+ years of Experience in Healthcare Insurance Industry
  • Strong knowledge & experience in the testing domain and worked on test case and test data creation in healthcare business.
  • Strong knowledge & Work Experience in the area of Claims, Membership, Benefit Configuration etc.
  • Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Good understanding of overall testing domain and various techniques
  • Good understanding of Requirements process
  • Understanding of Project life cycle
  • Project Management Skills
  • Very Good Communication and leadership skills
      • Good PC skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

      • Worked in consultative role
      • Demonstrated facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem resolution across multiple groups.
  • Strong knowledge & Work Experience in the area of Claims, Membership, Benefit Configuration and expertise with relevant systems/applications (PowerMHSFACETS)
      • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply technical specifications Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
