Technology Support Specialist
Oxford Preparatory Academy's (Oxford Prep) vision is to create a center for higher learning where students from transitional kindergarten to eighth grade are prepared to pursue university level academic studies, as well as gain skills to be successful in the global community of the 21st century. Job Summary
Under the general direction of the school's administration, the Technology Support Specialist will provide technical support in the operation and maintenance of a computer network, including all computers, software, and peripherals; install and configure personal computer equipment; install and configure necessary software applications; provide assistance, direction, and training to users and school site staff; work at various sites to troubleshoot issues with servers, network equipment, workstations, printers, and software; and communicate with an administrative office and site support staff on technical issues.
Work schedule Mon-Fri 7:45 am - 4:15 pm
