City Volkswagen of Chicago is our Premier (and first) store and was awarded the National VW Dealer of the Year by Dealer Rater! Our Service Department needs to hire EXPERIENCED Auto BDC Appointment Setters to call all customers that declined service recommended for their vehicle from our inspection (MPI) and schedule appointments for that work to be completed.  Responsibilities - BDC Appointment Setter:

• Call all customers that declined service recommended for their vehicle from our inspection (MPI) and schedule appointments for that work to be completed. 
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls 
• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
• Work closely with service manager to develop appointment setting strategies.
• Schedule service appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
• Manage day-to-day declined services. (Main Focus)
• Call all declined services (work with service manager)
  
   

Requirements - BDC Appointment Setter:

• Automotive BDC or Service Advisor experience is required, CDK & X-Time experience preferred
• Competitive, goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed
• Able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls and internet leads
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, able to influence customers to schedule appointments.
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills 
• Team participant and eager to improve
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Great with multi-tasking
