CSR/Office Administration

This company is a fast growing distributor, value-added reseller, and professional services company in the La Grange area. They service clients in multiple industries, focusing on safety products and services.

Overview:

The client is looking for an accomplished Customer Service/Office Administrator professional in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and handle general office management skills.  

This is a full-time TEMP-TO-HIRE position. 40/hrs/week (M-F), $14-$17/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software is also required
  • AP/AR experience a plus
  • Must be punctual, reliable, good with computers, software, great with customers, excellent phone skills.
  • 2+ years experience as a Receptionist and/or Office Administrator working in an office environment

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office software is also required

Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted
