JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers in-branch, over the phone, or through online interactions; providing a professional, customer-focused rental experience
- Guide customers through rental/sales contracts, quotes and reservations; through detail-oriented and accurate collection of customer information
- Coordinate equipment delivery/availability with other locations as needed
- Ensure reserved equipment is available, in "ready-to-rent" condition in branch
- Procure customer information to set up rental and sales contracts, quotes and reservations
- Perform closing duties; including: evening cash register close, prepare deposit slip and make daily bank deposit
- Minimum education requirement: HS Diploma or GED/equivalency
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work full-time (40+ hours/week).
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver strong sales and customer service experiences.
- Must have basic computer literacy.
- Proven self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to deliver a professional, customer-focused rental experience.
- Strong team-player with excellent verbal communication skills; eager to increase knowledge of industry and terminology.
- Previous rental/equipment industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
