WHO YOU ARE:
- Lead key elements of the HR function to include hiring, development, employee relations management, organizational planning, and strategic support for the manufacturing management team.
- Serve as a company representative and spokesperson in labor negotiations and in relations with the union.
- Confirm compliance with governmental regulations.
- Establish and maintain policies and practices to maintain relationships with employees and encourage a joint effort consistent with leadership's direction, business plan, and governmental regulations.
- Serve as the HR business partner to managers and supervisors regarding HR/Labor Relations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to all employees, as needed
- Coordinate manufacturing employee workforce adjustments and employee relations located at the site to maintain a balanced relationship while meeting business requirements.
- Lead Organization Review, Talent Review, and Compensation Review for the site.
- Drive career development and ensure performance review and feedback process are implemented and executed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
Must be US Citizen due to US Navy contractual requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills.
Awareness of HR related governmental laws and regulations.
Ability to adjust to changing conditions.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and influence skills.
Ability to interact with high-level management and employees from a variety of backgrounds/disciplines.
Strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness.
