Office Assistant

Xseerpharma Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $40K - $81K/Year

As an Office Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll help with various administrative tasks, support our team, and make sure everything behind the scenes is organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage emails and ensure messages are passed on to the right team members.
  • Schedule meetings, set up calls, and assist with meeting prep when needed.
  • Organize travel plans and details for business trips.
  • Support the organization of company events, like exhibitions and industry conferences.
  • Answer phone calls, offer information, and direct calls to the correct departments.
  • Handle general office tasks like document handling, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Work with different departments and outside partners to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Tackle special tasks and lend a hand with other duties as asked.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office setting or a similar role is helpful but not necessary.
  • Good at organizing, multitasking, and keeping track of details.
  • Strong skills in communication.
  • Know your way around basic office software and tools.
  • A trustworthy person who can handle private information.
  • Being familiar with the pharmaceutical field is a bonus, but we’re open to teaching someone eager to learn.
