Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote TEGG C.A.R.E. objectives
• Leadership communication coordination with TEGG GM, TEGG Sales Manager and Service Dept. Manager
• Attend and complete TEGG training as required, implement TEGG DES business model
• Implement and 100% comply with the DES job duties as trained and required with 0% deviations
• Prospect and qualify additional sales opportunities with and understanding of sales prospects organization and decision-making process and commit prospect to a decision making timetable
•  Schedule presentations, close sales
• Survey Electrical systems and interpret electrical drawings
• Prepare pricing and proposals for internal review and delivery to customers
• Promptly address customer concerns in for solving technical problems innovative based on experience in installing, repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems solutions while maintaining long-term positive relationships.

Objective Measures of Performance:        

• Attend 100% of TEGG on site start up meetings
• Attend 100% of ESA report delivery meetings with TEGG Maintenance Sales Rep with DES proposal for customer to review and sign
• 100% response rate as emergency service duty person during assigned nights and weekends
• Attend 100% of joint TEGG General Manager and Service Dept Manager Meetings
• Establish ongoing preferred electrical contract relationship with all TEGG customers

Key Targeted Results (KTR):

• Annual Booking Quota – 10X Base Salary

Education and/or Experience:

         Associates Degree (preferred),  4+ years’ experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for supervision of assigned employees and subcontractors
