Benefits Administrator

Benefits Administrators/Applications Consultants work closely with clients providing support via phone and email related to benefit offerings. The goal of Benefit Administrators are to convey knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to customer service. Benefits Administrators are an integral part of the Client Services team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing support to clients as it relates to the benefit plan details
* Assist clients by phone and email to help them understand regular updates made to applications and benefit plan details
* Provide an accurate time frame for issue resolution to clients daily
* Respond to email requests from clients regarding benefit plan details
* Responsible for accurately creating and documenting the customer interaction that occurred in Salesforce
* Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing results as needed
* Other duties as assigned
* Communicate daily with clients that are utilizing an online benefits enrollment application
* Provide assistance with benefits explanations for multiple clients, (prior medical insurance/medicaid/medicare experience strongly preferred)
* Provide continuous support to clients
* Manage client relationships with HR Administrators that support up to two thousand employees
* Assist clients by phone and email to help them understand regular updates made to applications
* Report software issues to the Engineering team as they arise
* Provide an accurate time frame for issue resolution to clients daily
* Prioritize tasks and keep a continuous relationship with insurance carriers, clients and internal resources
* Respond to email requests from clients regarding employee coverage, policy cancellations and policy renewals.
