Job Description

Title: Front Office Administrator/Office Manager

Location: Downtown Orlando

Reports to: Vice President

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F, 9-5pm

Essential Job Functions (Not limited to):

  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate person
  • Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
  • Monitor building access and receive office visitors
  • Receive and administer mail/deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain reception area and conference room scheduling
  • Assist Controller with monitoring/maintaining office equipment and office supplies orders
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as directed
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative role or similar
  • Property management or construction experience preferred
  • Preferred RealPage OneSite experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Ability to prioritize time to handle multiple assignments while maintaining high emphasis on detail
  • Work well independently and with a team in fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels within the organization

Pay Range: $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour (depending on experience)
