Job Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance, instruction, mentorship, and coaching to team members as needed.
2. Promote unit and organizational goals and initiatives in collaboration with leadership colleagues.
3. Balance staff schedule to meet the needs of the eICU and submit to director or designee for approval prior to posting.
4. Perform other duties as needed to meet the needs of the program.
