Job Description

Application requirement documentation
End-of-support (EOS) for applications
ServiceNow fundamentals knowledge to analyze data on apps
Application Portfolio Management (2-3 months + potential extension)
Support cost rationalization and benefits realization
End-of-Support recommendations and transfer of knowledge

Onboarding of documentation to be tracked with ServiceNow.
EOS - integration with ServiceNow.
Analyze apps and data to be input into ServiceNow
Analyzing requirements, documenting them.
ServiceNow knowledge will be helpful.
System documentation.

Overlap with US Time zone.

Communicate and propose key recommendations for ServiceNow.
Ability to work with business stakeholders by distinguishing priorities and issues.
