Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies in the transportation industry. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.

Requisition Summary

This position performs a variety of functions in the processing and administration of lease and loan documentation for our customer, the PacLease Franchise System. This position is the first point of contact for our customer and is required to provide exemplary customer service.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manages databases and documentation for the setup of new locations, updates and terminations.
  • Coordinates the release of bulletins and email communications.
  • Prepares and updates content in different portals.
  • Provides assistance to franchises as needed.
  • Provides access to PacLease portals and applications.
  • Ensures franchise information accuracy on documents and databases.
  • Coordinates closely with Area Operations Managers and franchises to obtain any missing documentation and data.
  • Administers PacLease memberships and affiliations to truck and leasing associations.
  • Coordinates franchise orientation, meetings and tours.
  • Coordinates PacLease franchise events.
  • Administers office supplies, merchandise orders and inventory.
  • Prepares and consolidates franchise documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate franchise programs and operational forms.
  • Performs administrative duties (including but not limited to mail distribution, phone coverage, scanning, archiving, check deposits etc.).
  • Acts as a backup of other Administrators and the Executive Assistant.
  • Maintains knowledge of policies and goals.
  • Researches and solves franchise issues.
  • Becomes familiar with month end deadlines.
  • Participates in process improvement efforts and performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Data management knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Business and corporate legal background is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
