Details for Appointment Coordinator/Call Center Representative:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday - Weekends off, leave an hour early on Friday
• Pay Rate: $15-17, based on experience
• This position is contract-to-hire pending performance and attendance

Job Responsibilities & Description for Appointment Coordinator/Call Center Representative:

• In an outbound call center, the associate must have the energy to make 100-200 calls a day
• Must maintain a working knowledge of products and services the company provides
• Collect contact information and any additional data from calls in order to create, schedule, and follow up on appointments
• Record, verify, and maintain up-to-date client files, detail is key!

Job Requirements for Appointment Coordinator/Call Center Representative:

• MUST be high energy, professional, and resilient in this role
• MUST have experience in a call center environment
• Ideal candidate has a background in sales of at least 2 years
