Senior Software Developer/Analyst-Team Lead

University of Texas at Austin Austin, TX (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $140K - $230K/Year

Supervise team of software developers involved in the design, development, maintenance, and support of Graduate School IT systems; and manage client relationships, communication, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders across the University. Support one or more functional business areas by maintaining software and documentation and by designing and implementing operational and system improvements.Oversee complex automation projects, including establishing deadlines and deliverables, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality.Test all aspects of software, including quality, features, security, usability, and accessibility. Study new technologies to recommend and implement system upgrades, including third party software packages.Maintain industry-leading technical skills within the context and support structures of the Graduate School IT team.Other related functions as assigned.
