RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exceed sales tonnage and product mix goals in the assigned territory by effectively calling on and selling focus Regional Healthcare Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), GPO Regional Account Executives, Distributor Contract Sales Leaders.
  • Leads Foodservice Broker efforts against Regional GPO's in the region to maximize sales through Foodservice Distribution.
  • Supports the generation of additional sales through Medical Supply Distribution and E-commerce.
  • Manages all relevant budgets to maximize sales as compared to monies spent.
  • Assures all administrative duties are handled in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Initiates and maintains up-to-date operator profile records utilizing the CRM Tool on key operators in the territory.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Required
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
  • 3+ years experience in the sales industry.
  • Strong pattern of goal setting and results.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Self directed, independent worker, with a proven track record for driving sales growth.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa Preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare segment, with an understanding of long-term care and acute-care food service operations.

    LOCATION:

    Home Office. Northeast/New England Area (Preferrably New York, New England, or New Jersey) with easy access to major population centers and airports.
