Looking for Desktop Support Technicians to support our clients here in the Greater New York City area.
- Knowledge of a ticketing system (Service Now, but any would be fine ex: remedy)
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 7-Password Resets, Account lockouts
- Computer Imaging(Network Imaging)
- Break Fix-Swap and upgrade of new equipment
- This candidate will need great customer service skills, patience, and strong work ethic.
The most common issues that come up are:
missing applications, installing drivers to printers, label printers, computer won't start, cant log into computer, mobile device support, network printer and network connectivity troubleshooting. This person will use active directory on a daily basis to log into machines remotely, change passwords, add groups, etc. The technician will do their best to resolve the issue remotely, and if they cannot they will have to travel on-site to resolve it.
