This position is responsible for overseeing the Company?s marketing strategy, as well as the creation and implementation of marketing programs in support of the company?s growth initiatives. The position requires an individual who can take projects from concept to implementation and has a proven track record in a marketing environment. Core Duties/Responsibilities: ? Deliver leadership and creative solutions to strengthen market awareness of company capabilities and solutions. ? Demonstrate professionalism in internal and external interactions and exemplify the company?s values and culture. ? Develop and implement strategy for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with sales team to brainstorm and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features. ? Interact with management daily and take lead responsibility for providing sales team with updated sales collateral and training that clearly communicates Company products and services (may include constructing template sales presentations.) ? In partnership with management, educate the sales team on products, services and traditional and digital marketing trends. ? Work collaboratively and effectively to manage projects from inception to completion across cross-functional teams. ? Oversee the management of social media accounts for Company and clients to include but not be limited to direct contact with clients. ? Research horizontal and vertical opportunities to compliment what we already do. ? Remain forward-thinking and current on emerging digital technologies. N

Job Requirements

Necessary Knowledge and Skills: ? Superior understanding of marketing and advertising principles. ? Ability to judge creative concepts and copy and clearly communicate creative direction to others. ? Ability to work well under pressure, maintain a high level of detail and juggle multiple priorities and projects. ? Excellent planning, time-management and follow-through skills. ? Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required to coach, mentor and lead individuals and/or teams. ? Strong computer skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite ? Relevant experience working in marketing leadership role. ? Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. ? Self-starter with ability to follow through with assigned tasks and identify revenue opportunities. ? Proficiency in current marketing trends with traditional and digital platforms. ? Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail, well organized and self motivated. ? Sales and marketing skills across multiple media channels. ? Background working cross functionally across an organization. ? Expert level of knowledge of The Company?s services and products. Ability to: ? Identify and implement new revenue opportunities. ? Work effectively under pressure within tight deadlines. ? Think strategically, analyze data and marketing trends. ? Travel periodically in support of company initiatives. ? Contribute to the organization beyond the basic job requirements. Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with an emphasis in marketing/advertising/sales and a minimum of two years in a marketing leadership role. Employer will consider equivalent combination of education and experience that provides necessary qualifications to successfully perform the duties of the position.
