Sales Operations Project Manager

Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.
**The Position**
We're looking to add a **Sales Operations Project Manager** to join Teletrac Navman! This role will be responsible for the operational planning, tracking, reporting, communication, and business change management. As a Project Manager you'll work to closely with multiple functions to drive value realization, successful execution and adoption of key projects across the sales organization; while offering continuous communication between internal stakeholders, and senior leadership.
In this role, you'll get to:
+ Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
+ Drive process and momentum for key projects using common frameworks, methodologies and standardized practices and approaches
+ Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
+ Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
+ Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
+ Integrate change management activities into project plan
+ Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

We are looking for people who have:
+ High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Relevant Bachelor's degree a plus
+ 3+ years of experience as a fulltime project manager; familiarity with one or more project management methodologies
+ Certification in project management, change management and/or designation (i.e., Project Management Institute's PMP) desired
+ Strong cross-functional collaborator willing to problem-solve with internal stakeholders to address business needs
+ Ability to master complex projects and understand business priorities to ensure requirements are accurately gathered and projects are structured to ensure consistent execution and measurement
+ Demonstrated consultative nature with good judgment and high attention to detail
+ Ability to work with secure and confidential information and meet multiple short-term, business-critical deadlines
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

The base compensation range for this position is $ **80,000** to $ **105,000** per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
