* A distribution is a withdrawal of funds from a participant's retirement account.
* There are multiple methods and requirements that enable a distribution to occur.
* Distributions require a pre-approval process, a review while initiating and then a secondary review once processed to validate the distribution and ensure proper tax reporting.
* Distributions can be processed by several methods such as online, via a phone response system and via plan authorized and plan non-authorized paper forms.
* Some common terms related to distributions = Loans, Hardships, RMD, Roth and Rollover.
* The Distribution team is located remotely across the country and has two centralized domestic locations and one abroad.
* The processing and quality checking requires a coordinated effort over multiple processes within the distribution team, external teams and directly with our clients.
* Applications will be accepted until November 30th. Interviews will begin in December*

Program Duration - 10 weeks (6/5 through 8/11)*

Compensation - $18 per/hr

Location: - This is a hybrid position that would be two days in the office and three days working remotely.

Requirements:

* Majors: Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications with an interest in the business.

* 2023 Junior & Seniors
