Service Contract Administrator

Schneider Electric Dallas, TX (On Site) Full-Time
What will you do?

Liaison between legal and Branches to review and move contracts towards execution. You will review and send all service and project-related contracts to Legal Dept. for approval and negotiations if needed. Act as point of contact for contract customers as well as responsible for the smooth administration of all Branch department contracts within the US. Assist in contract negotiations when necessary. Work with Risk Management to ensure risk is reduced for SEBA and the Branches. Process all Platinum Rule Exceptions through bridge Front Office (bFO)/Salesforce for corporate approval when needed. Track all projects and follow-up with customers, Legal and/or sales staff when status is needed. Process all project-related Certificates of Insurance (COI's), NDA's, Master Subcontracts, Payment & Performance bonds, Bid bonds, Bid Documents and Bid Pre-qualifications when requested via Smartsheet.

What qualifications will make you successful?

* Associate Degree or work related experieince.
* Microsoft Office, BFO/Salesforce, and MS Dyanmics Experience
* Data entry experieince
* strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer service skills
