The Urgent Care Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and patient flow for the Urgent Care Center as a whole. The Urgent Care Manager will also be responsible for evaluating and coordinating staffing needs and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence. The Urgent Care Manager will work collaboratively with all Urgent Care Managers in accomplishing each of the Urgent Care Center goals and serve as administrative leadership for all Urgent Care Center charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (i.e.: staffing support, trouble shooting employee, patient and physician issues). The Urgent Care Manager will also work with the other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (i.e.: security, cleaning staff, biomedical engineering and property management).
The qualified Urgent Care Manager will have a Bachelors of Science Nursing degree, Basic Life Support Certification, hold active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience required.
