Director of Content Strategy – Clinical and Medical Writing
Pharmaceutical Marketing Agency located near Doylestown, PA needs a Director of Medical Content to manage the current team of writers. The Director will have expertise in reviewing and managing Medical related written content including high science and digital content.

About the Role
The Director of Content Strategy in Clinical and Medical Writing will manager a team of 5+ writers – reviewing writing, building strategy and working directly with clients. Day to day responsibilities will include Writing Approval, Quality Control, Direct communication with multiple Clients, Medical Review calls and management of client approval for writing.
Attend, legal, medical and regulatory reviews. Responsibilities include presenting content and various assets to clients in meetings, including KOL commentary, for both manuscripts and layouts, reviewing work of Medical Writers including peer-to-peer direct mail and digital programs to dynamic third-party email campaigns, managing multiple non-personal promotion (NPP) projects and ensuring that pharmaceutical brand and marketing campaigns are developed with a high level of quality regarding medical content and accuracy, as well as brand strategy.
• Medical Writer Team Management experience
• Previous hands-on medical writing experience
• Client-facing and presentation skills
• Pharmaceutical marketing content expertise
• High level of medical comprehension to ensure accuracy of content
