Wealth Management Specialist

Guardian Life Jefferson City, MO (Onsite) Full-Time
The Wealth Management Specialist will lead growth, advisory development, and business development initiatives for Park Avenue Securities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

**You Are**

A seasoned sales professional with core proficiencies in wealth management, products & solutions, territory management, point of sale support, and advisor education & support.

**You Will**

+ Lead the sales effort for Park Avenue in the region resulting in continued and outsized growth in revenue, sales, and advisor penetration

+ Day-to day tactical focus on the region's Tier 1 agencies, General Agents, and Top 75 producers

+ Lead the business development focus of the regions 2 wealth management associates

+ Coordinate the region's activities with outside partners

+ Support and work closely with the region's Investment Specialists

+ Deliver case design, strategy, competitive intelligence, pricing, and point-of sale-support on large and complex cases

+ Align the Regional Business Development team with internal partners throughout Guardian to include Life, Di and GIAC Wholesalers, RVPs, and DVPs

+ Lead the regional BD team's introduction of new PAS products and services

+ Articulate the PAS value proposition to General Agents, FRS and to experienced Wealth Management recruits

+ Drive the on-platform PAS experience

+ Lead the execution, and follow-up for PAS training

+ " Speak for" and model the Park Avenue Four Step Wealth Management Process

+ Deliver PAS training curriculum at national conferences and at the local level

+ Provide sales leadership, and direction to PAS wealth management associates in the Mid-Atlantic region

**You Have**

+ Strong sense of self-motivation, teamwork, and commitment

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 10 years of territory sales management experience

+ 10 years of experience marketing, selling, and positioning wealth management solutions to include advisory, annuities, structured notes, alternative investments, etc....

**Preferred**

+ CIMA designation

+ RICP designation

+ CPWA designation

**Travel**

+ 80% travel to different Guardian agencies in the Mid-Atlantic

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
