Operations Analyst with Security Clearance

For more detailed information on our Benefits and what it is like to work for Amentum: please visit our careers site: www.amentumcareers.com Operations Analyst Responsibilities Include: * Assisting in the development and maintenance of program plans and schedules, including budget and resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement. * Collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data, including financial, technical, and schedule information. * Supporting program reviews and briefings by preparing materials and presentations, documenting action items, and tracking progress. * Identifying areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Participating in cross-functional teams to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, Physics, Mathematics or a related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or operations analysis. * In Lieu of degree, High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience in operations * Must have an active Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance. * Knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. * Experience with U.S Navy or DoD Acquisition programs and processes * Experience working in a government contracting environment, particularly in the defense industry Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
