SUPPLY CHAIN MMIS ADMNSTR

Premier Health Troy, OH (Onsite) Full-Time

Note: Candidates must be willing to commute and work "in-person" occasionally to our hospital system.

Locations include: Middletown, OH 45005, Dayton, 45401, Troy, OH 45373.



MMIS Administrator

MMIS Administrator is a key role in Premier Health Supply Chain Support (SCS). The position is responsible for ensuring the MMIS system is live and available, maintaining system responsiveness and availability, supporting MMIS interfaces, security, patches, and upgrades. The role is accountable for maintaining workflow processes and communication including EDI and enhancements. It involves working with cross-functional teams for product upgrades and integrated system testing, as well as maintaining and supporting Supply Chain intranet sites.

The position is accountable for stakeholder satisfaction, accurate and timely table maintenance data/reports, and delivering meaningful results (e.g., simplified/streamlined workflow, mitigation of risks, and enabling the generation of Supply Chain cost savings).

Position requires the applicant to be in the Dayton metropolitan area as site visits are required.



Experience

  • Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job-related experience.
  • Preferred experience: Infor Lawson Procurement suite of products including Mobile Supply Chain Management. Experience with designing and configuring individual applications that are part of a large enterprise-wide system is preferred. Preferred three (3) years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Other experience requirements: Three to five (3-5) years' experience in applications support including analyzing processes and applications in a Supply Chain environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members both inside and outside the department.
  • Skill in application and management of work process engineering techniques.
  • Ability to respond quickly under pressure when problems arise with any system or application.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to develop creative solutions to situations.
  • Outstanding knowledge of end-user processes that are to be supported.
  • Strong MS Excel and SQL (query writing/table maintenance).
