Responsibilities Primary responsibility: Develop publications, collateral materials, forms, presentations, and website content; facilitate marketing/PR campaigns; lead social media presence/content; and help plan events. This position involves interaction with all levels of authority. As part of the Marketing team, the MarCom Manager will prioritize projects to support sales and marketing objectives. Projects will include web content, social media, news releases, videos and demos, collateral, newsletters, marketing campaigns, branding, and email communications. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Create and maintain all client-facing websites (participant website, plan sponsor website, advisor site, microsites including IRASelect.com, AutoRollovers.com, partnerconference.bpas.com, etc.) Create and maintain content for Marketing section of Intranet Manage the Participant Education Center (pec.bpas.com) and related content Create and maintain online product guides, enrollment kits, and sales collateral Write, create and issue client-facing communications and news updates Manage the BPAS blog Manage company social media program including creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter Plan and conduct partner and client webinars Manage technology-based presentations Write and create corporate videos and demos Create sales and executive board presentations Write and execute client surveys and actionable feedback to BPAS management team Manage online account enhancements, procedures and other matters, and manage the communication process with intermediaries and clients (e.g., changes to login process, Roadways MileMarker, etc.) Oversee and manage the corporate brand across all service lines, maintain current letterhead and system-generated templates Create and manage point-of-sale materials for all products and services, including all contents in the BPAS Partner Toolbox Plan, manage and conduct the annual BPAS Partner Conference Plan, manage and conduct the annual BPAS Sales Conference Understand industry advancements for marketing and communicating to clients, FI partners, and participants to incorporate into day-to-day operations and deliverables such as email communications, digital marketing techniques and measurement, and social media marketing tactics Represent Marketing Communications on cross-functional work groups and initiatives such as customer experience work groups, management work groups, or project management sub-teams Create digital advertising/marketing campaigns, messages, and creative Concept, write, and execute a wide variety of details that involve email broadcast campaigns, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, videos, promotions, and demos Attend tradeshows, company-sponsored promotions and events as needed Execute and analyze results of digital advertising and marketing campaigns Interface with and build relationships with marketing suppliers Assist in response and production of RFPs Identify appropriate communications media depending on audience (including partners, clients, participants, and internal stakeholders); advise company leaders on appropriate marketing and communication strategies. Understand service area market dynamics and competitive landscape. Review competitor marketing strategies and materials to understand product positioning relative to other retirement plans Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing (business) or related field Excellent copy editing and writing skills (portfolio/samples required); graphic design skills desired High attention to detail; ability to manage change and multi-task Must be multi-tasked oriented, team driven, flexible and able to manage multiple-projects Demonstrated success writing or supporting marketing B2B solutions for a minimum of 2 years; experience in graphic design support preferred Demonstrated understanding of Social Media and interactive marketing solutions Flexible team player with interpersonal skills who embraces challenges and works proactively Very strong planning, organizational, scheduling, prioritization and follow-up skills Affable, energetic personality, and self-motivated Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance Ability to understand and process information quickly, and to translate technical information into Sales language Able to manage proposal submissions from research to writing to submission while simultaneously managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines Demonstrated proficiency with standard office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign and Illustrator) Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently Resourcefulness in solving problems Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
