Kelly Services is seeking a full-time temp to hire Receptionist/Customer Service Office Assistant for a Creditors' rights/debt collection law firm located in West Allis, WI.
Primary responsibilities include legal support duties (preparing correspondence and basic court-related documentation) and handling a steady volume of inbound phone calls (answering questions of and aiding client customers with past due accounts).
Location: West allis, WI
Days/Hours: M-F / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $15.00 hourly
Job duties include:
Handling phone calls with debtors, providing account information, discussing financial background information, and negotiating payment arrangements and account resolutions.
Taking responsibility for file management and all necessary follow up.
Being able to work under pressure/multi - task
Maintain in a calm and professional manner in difficult situations
Reviewing files to determine what action needs to be taken next
Preparing correspondence, pleadings and other action necessary to manage account files.
Aiding with other job duties as needed
