Financial company in the Schofield, WI area is looking to hire several Customer Care & Account Representatives.
Position 1: Account Representatives
Responsible for collecting on accounts by making and receiving calls, and implementing file maintenance and follow up. This is an outbound calling position.
Position 2: Customer Care
Responsible for delivering world class support to customers by handling inbound customer calls to setup payment plans.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ Months of Customer Service/Collections Experience
Ability to type 25+ WPM
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft software
Hours
Consistent Schedule with 3 days a week between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM & 2 days a week Noon to 8:30 PM with 1 Saturday a month between 7:00 AM to 2:00PM
