Sales Support Specialist

The QTI Group is seeking a highly organized, results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join their Sales and Marketing team! This direct hire opportunity has full-time hours Monday-Friday between 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m., and pay is competitive based on experience.   • Receive, respond, and/or triage inbound prospect calls and website inquiries.
  • Conduct initial discovery; gather information from client contact, utilize software programs (BPM & Avionte) to verify client history, and initiate processes and documentation as appropriate for new business.
  • Follow-up to ensure timely and successful delivery of QTI solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Work with marketing to generate sales leads by utilizing various tools including but not limited to; Zoom, Supply & Demand, Text Kernel.
  • Execute key aspects of post-delivery/project processes in a timely and affective manner.
  • Assist with ongoing client needs, proactive outreach, and check-ins.
  • Support with preparation and coordination of meetings and events with the marketing team.
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and assist with RFP process
  • Maintain current and accurate client records. Document, update, and support activities related to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Complete activities related to the new client onboarding, intake processes.
  • Prepare prospect and client canvasing materials.
  • Generate and distribute reports as appropriate.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Provide support for sales, marketing, and client service functions.
  • Provide market research assistance.
  • Proactively support, coordinate and/or assist with marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate initiative for identifying opportunities to add value
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma required
  • 3+ years of directly related experience required
  • Excellent computer skills with applied proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet Explorer required
  • Passionate about creating a positive and memorable client-focused experience
  • Builds relationships with integrity, ethics, and reliability
  • High sense of urgency
  • Adheres to deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication including accurate proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and successfully as a team member
