RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Responsible to analyze business system use and recommendations on improving productivity.

•   Responsible to lead usage of ERP and CRM applications.

•   Responsible to lead business analysis.

•   Responsible to work cross functionally with various teams to resolve issues that arise.

•   Responsible to ensure systems are achieving appropriate compliance requirements as it relates to financial reporting and required regulatory controls.

•   Responsible to design, build and deliver requested reporting, analytics and dashboard using industry leading reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

•   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

•   At-least 5 years of experience managing business system like ERP / CRM System.

•   Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech managing business systems like ERM and CRM.

•   Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes – Oxley Act).
