We are partnering with a luxury hotel in Portland to find the best front office manager. This manager with be directly responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating activities for the front desk staff to ensure prompt, courteous service to all guest and ensure their experiences are distinctively supreme. The person in this role places a high standard on providing exceptional service and coaches the front desk office staff to ensure that it is delivered.

Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Salary: $19.23 - $21.63 per/hour
Location: Portland, OR

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels
  • Sound Judgement and Decision Making
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information
  • Knowledge of performance management process
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
